My word is Balance and I need that in every aspect of my life right now...balanced diet, balancing mommy duties with me time, balancing exercise with play time, and so much more. I am making some signs to hang up as reminders and I am going to try to journal what I am doing well and what I need to work on more...although that gives me one more thing to balance! ;)
